If you're unsatisfied within the first 5 minutes of your session, simply reach out to Seeker Support to switch Guides promptly. Alternatively, should your dissatisfaction persist beyond the session, contact Seeker Support within 24 hours to request a refund in the form of time credit, capped at 15 minutes.
- This policy applies exclusively to the last reading you received.
- Only one refund request is allowed per Guide.
- You may submit one refund request per month, only if you’ve received two satisfactory readings within the same month. (Not applicable to new Seekers.)
- Time credit will be issued based on session logs, which are retained for up to one month or 10 sessions.
