- Choose a Subscription or Book Pay-Per-Session: You can either subscribe for recurring insight, or book individual pay-per-session readings depending on your preference. Manage your active options anytime via the three horizontal lines in the upper-left corner of your dashboard under Wallet & Billing.
- Connect for a Reading: Choose your preferred connection method (such as video or call) to initiate your session with your chosen Guide.
- Track Your History: Review past readings, and track completed sessions by tapping the three horizontal lines in the upper-left corner of your screen and selecting Session History.
It depends on how often you’d like to connect with a Guide. If you plan to have readings regularly–even just once or twice a month–a subscription is the best value. You’ll get a set amount of minutes each month at a lower rate, plus added perks like priority booking and exclusive offers available only to subscribers.
If you’re new, prefer to book only when something specific comes up, or just want to explore at your own pace, pay-per-session gives you the freedom to book as needed without a monthly commitment. Either option offers a meaningful experience–it just comes down to what fits your rhythm best.
Yes–you can pause or cancel at any time in your Account Dashboard. Pausing stops billing and services for up to 3 months at a time; canceling ends your subscription at the end of the current period, and any unused minutes are forfeited.
If you would like to pause your subscription, just follow these steps:
- Access your account and log in.
- Selection “Manage Plan.”
- Xxxx (need to verify how account dashboard will function)
